Didn’t expect ordering clothes from a phone would be any good, but I’m now on my 6th order and loving it. So much faster checkout than shopping on my Mac.

Got the app after Apple featured it. Don’t shop much on my phone, but your app makes it super easy and fast. Love your cashmere sweaters. Getting them in every color.

First time buying cloths from my iPad but it was great. Love how you have videos of the models wearing the cloths. Makes it much easier to imagine how it will actually fit.

Most stores make me feel awkward to browse, your staff is friendly without being pushy. I really appreciate it. And I don’t buy much in the store, but I do use the site after.

Don’t shop much, but when I do I can’t stand when things are out of stock. That’s never a problem with you guys. Always have what I want so I can get in and out, no fuss.

Love being able to make returns at the store for the things I bought online. So much better than printing a return label and shipping it out. Plus I can walk out with something new on the spot.

Been looking for the perfect coat for winter and found you guys on Pinterest. It just arrived and is even better than I expected. Super soft and heavy. Just what I wanted and so much less than the luxury brands.

Love the little details like the occasional hand written note I get from someone on the team thanking me for being a customer. Most companies are faceless and focused on making a buck. Hem & Stitch is focused on much more than that.

Been a customer since day 1. My other stuff doesn’t get nearly as much use now, since I prefer to wear my denim and blouses from you all. The new silk is incredible too. Plus you guys have colors no one else has.

I appreciate that your store is balanced, not too girly. Lots of stores I’ve been into recently put all the men’s in the back so I feel weird walking through a huge women’s section. Having the store split down the middle is much nicer. Smart.

I never answer questions like this, but I had to tell you how much I love your clothes and what you stand for. It’s hard to find principled companies these days and from every interaction with you I know you care. Keep it up.

I didn’t get much time in the store as you were closing early due to a water main break, but I really liked the unique layout of the store. Felt a lot more intuitive to how I shop. I can’t stand walking around trying to find something that is not in the place I thought it would be.

My husband got me a gift certificate for you guys last Christmas since he noticed me browsing around your store. So last week I went in to peruse and I ended up buying a really nice skirt. It’s really nice, but a bit annoying it is dry clean only. I am not a dry cleaners person, so while it’s lovely, I don’t end up wearing it much.
