Most stores make me feel awkward to browse, your staff is friendly without being pushy. I really appreciate it. And I don’t buy much in the store, but I do use the site after.
I was overcharged $50 last time I visited the store. I said something, but the sales person said It was correct. I had a discount to use, but they said it would apply "later"? What does that mean?

The site is really fast and easy to use. Got a bunch of t-shirts last month and a new pair of jeans just the other day. They are exactly the same color as on the site, that rarely happens.

Wear my Hem & Stitch stuff almost every weekend. Particularly love your jeans. My only gripe is you use FedEx and FedEx always has a terrible time with my area and so I often miss packages. I’d be a 10 if you used UPS since then I wouldn’t miss my packages from you.
