I’m SO happy you guys opened a store in Tyson’s Corner. I typically buy off of your website, but I certainly prefer to touch and feel the clothing. It can be a bit tricky to get to with rush hour traffic, but i’m willing to stomach it to get my Classic Oxford.
I’m a nut for well made clothing and so I was overjoyed when I found you all. Each item is so meticulously made, it just oozes quality. My only issue has been you don’t have my size in many of your lines. Makes it hard to convert my whole wardrobe.
Finally pulled the trigger on a new pair of jeans from you guys last week. Couldn’t be happier. The photos on the site are gorgeous and love all the detail ones you do so you can see what the material really looks like.
Lost my luggage on a trip cross country and used your app and overnight shipping to have new stuff waiting for me at my destination when my connection arrived, how cool! Saved my butt.
Used to buy a lot of clothes on the last minute sale sites, but returns were always a pain and getting my size was always hit or miss. Found Hem & Stitch a couple weeks ago and your prices are as good as the last minute sites and returns are really easy, but only needed to return a few things, but now I know my size with you all.
