Ordered a few t-shirts a couple nights back and they arrived the next day, super fast. Love them.

Super friendly staff. Store was very clean and well organized. It was brand new so there wasn’t a ton of stock just yet. I’ll be back in a few months.

My first order arrived last week, a simple oatmeal cashmere crew sweater. I adore it. I’ve gotten more compliments on this sweet little sweater than any item I’ve ever worn before. Will be back for more soon :)

I bought one blouse and it ripped the third time I wore it. When I went to return it the customer support person was super helpful and took it back no questions asked. Really impressed. Customer for life now.

My orders have been shipping slower and slower and it seems the denim you are using these days is a lots thinner. It is wearing in the knees a lot faster. Still a fan, but hope you can get quality back on track.

I appreciate that your store is balanced, not too girly. Lots of stores I’ve been into recently put all the men’s in the back so I feel weird walking through a huge women’s section. Having the store split down the middle is much nicer. Smart.

My friend turned me on to you guys a while ago and things started off great. Bought a few sweaters and such, but this seasons look is just a bit too nuts for me. I think I’ll be going back to my tried and true brands again.

Been a customer for over a year and expect to be a customer for many more to come. Only request is that you add a wait list feature for when things go out of stock. I seem to always miss when they come back in-stock.

My order never arrived. I checked with customer support about it and they have no record of it. They said they’d investigate and report back, but never did. Disappointed since I had heard great things. Would love to be a customer, just wish this was handled more promptly.

The quality of the clothing is excellent. My mother is a seamstress and she’s always commenting on the meticulous care given to the stitches on my Hem & Stitch sweaters. The store was closed the day I tried to visit, but I had the next day off so I came back.

Not sure if the AC was broken or what but it was SUPER cold in the store. I live in California and it get’s hot, but it’s hard to shop when you’re shivering. Still, I did get a pretty killer sweater! I’ll come back in the winter when it’s warmer ;)

I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and I come back year after year because of your focus on the customer. I now buy online and couldn’t be happier. I can quickly find what i want, checkout is painless, and my orders always arrive faster than quoted. You guys nail the essentials.

One of my friends actually told me about you a couple months back. Since then I’ve been hooked. I’ve bought in the stores dozens of times. The style is just the right balance of trendy and timeless. Plus the materials are super high quality. Washed some of shirts a bunch of times and no sign of fading.

It’s pretty rare to find a store that actually recommends things that look nice on me instead of just trying to sell me something. I didn’t find jeans that fit me well, but I have pretty irregular requirements. Even though I didn’t buy anything the entire experience was a delight. I’ll be back next month when I need a new sweater for sure.

I’ve been to the Austin store 3 times and it has been closed every time. The only time your guys are open is when I am at work, and I worked pretty normal hours. Is this because the store is still working out the kinks? I really expected better. I gave you a 1 since the sweater I bought last year on the website is one of my favorites. But I don’t think I’ll be back to the store. Three strikes!
