Appreciate how you make the process of buying super quick. Unfortunately the sweater I bought was a bit too small. Said it would fit my chest dimensions, but I guess not. Now I need to return it.

Never had an issue with fit before, but my last order the shirt was a bit shorter than I was expecting. I guess I need to get a size bigger, but I am usually the size I got with you all.

I wear oxfords every day. Been wearing them for over 20 years. And now I’ve found the perfect oxford. Best fit and the price is amazing for the quality. Nice job. Only issue is the buttons come loose a bit easy.

My friend turned me on to you guys a while ago and things started off great. Bought a few sweaters and such, but this seasons look is just a bit too nuts for me. I think I’ll be going back to my tried and true brands again.

Been looking for the quintessential oxford to fill out my weekend wardrobe. Been a bit obsessed, but your’s is just what I’ve been looking for. It fits great, the material is sturdy, and super soft too. I bought 10 and they are my favorite pieces now.

Your Oxfords are a great cut and quality, but the material is a bit heavy. I live in Hawaii and so a linen or lighter weight cotton would be amazing. Most of my friends live here, so we all wear shorts and t-shirts most of the time.

One of the best mobile check-out experiences ever. Loved that I could take a photo of my credit card, I hate entering all that info every time. Only issue I’ve had is that the returns were a bit tricky. Took a lot of effort to get the label.

The collars on the Vintage Tees are a bit wide, but I am pretty picky. Tried to find jeans that would fit me but the person helping me said they had just run out. Guess I’ll it give you another shot before winter when I need to get a few sweaters.

I’m SO happy you guys opened a store in Tyson’s Corner. I typically buy off of your website, but I certainly prefer to touch and feel the clothing. It can be a bit tricky to get to with rush hour traffic, but i’m willing to stomach it to get my Classic Oxford.

I had to return an online purchase, and I figured I’d just run down to your Palo Alto store. Your staff was able to make it happen, but they hadn’t processed an online return before, so it took a few minutes. It’s really convent to shop this way, so I’d suggest making the process a bit smoother, Well done though!

My husband got me a gift certificate for you guys last Christmas since he noticed me browsing around your store. So last week I went in to peruse and I ended up buying a really nice skirt. It’s really nice, but a bit annoying it is dry clean only. I am not a dry cleaners person, so while it’s lovely, I don’t end up wearing it much.

I was super pleased with the staff at your Rockville store. They are incredibly helpful. I usually have to shop at specialty stores to find my sizes, but they were able to show me a number of things that worked for tall people. The price was a bit steep for what I was wanting to spend, but I felt like it was worth it.
