My girlfriend asked me if I had gotten a new haircut or done something different last night at dinner. I had to tell her it was my new Hem & Stitch outfit :).

My first order arrived last week, a simple oatmeal cashmere crew sweater. I adore it. I’ve gotten more compliments on this sweet little sweater than any item I’ve ever worn before. Will be back for more soon :)

Been a customer for years, the clothes last super long, the biggest issue is me staining them :). SO when I do need to replace a pair of jeans or a sweater, I can pop in and pick one up.

The site is really fast and easy to use. Got a bunch of t-shirts last month and a new pair of jeans just the other day. They are exactly the same color as on the site, that rarely happens.

I was overcharged $50 last time I visited the store. I said something, but the sales person said It was correct. I had a discount to use, but they said it would apply "later"? What does that mean?

My husband got me a gift certificate for you guys last Christmas since he noticed me browsing around your store. So last week I went in to peruse and I ended up buying a really nice skirt. It’s really nice, but a bit annoying it is dry clean only. I am not a dry cleaners person, so while it’s lovely, I don’t end up wearing it much.

Used to buy a lot of clothes on the last minute sale sites, but returns were always a pain and getting my size was always hit or miss. Found Hem & Stitch a couple weeks ago and your prices are as good as the last minute sites and returns are really easy, but only needed to return a few things, but now I know my size with you all.

The clothes are great, love the quality, but the staff at your stores are hit or miss. My local store has super friendly team, but when I visited San Francisco last month I stopped in, but no one helped me and when I checked out I felt like they were distracted.

My best friend told me about you last year and since then I’m a convert. The stores are super convenient and are always super well stocked. Don’t think I’ve ever not been able to find what I wanted. And I’m always the size that goes first everywhere else.

I’ve been to the Austin store 3 times and it has been closed every time. The only time your guys are open is when I am at work, and I worked pretty normal hours. Is this because the store is still working out the kinks? I really expected better. I gave you a 1 since the sweater I bought last year on the website is one of my favorites. But I don’t think I’ll be back to the store. Three strikes!
