I browse a lot online, but really love being able to come into the store to try things on and see the colors in real life.

My orders have been shipping slower and slower and it seems the denim you are using these days is a lots thinner. It is wearing in the knees a lot faster. Still a fan, but hope you can get quality back on track.

I wish you offered a wider selection of coats and jackets. The hoodie is great, but I live in Alaska and so I need to wear a lot more cold weather gear. Maybe even flannel lined jeans etc. Love your style, just not warm enough for here.

One of the best mobile check-out experiences ever. Loved that I could take a photo of my credit card, I hate entering all that info every time. Only issue I’ve had is that the returns were a bit tricky. Took a lot of effort to get the label.

I didn’t get much time in the store as you were closing early due to a water main break, but I really liked the unique layout of the store. Felt a lot more intuitive to how I shop. I can’t stand walking around trying to find something that is not in the place I thought it would be.

When I shop online I end up returning half of the stuff I order, so it’s always nice when I can come into the store to make sure I love the color and fit. The staff is always really friendly and totally understands you gotta try on a lot of stuff to find the perfect piece.

Used to buy a lot of clothes on the last minute sale sites, but returns were always a pain and getting my size was always hit or miss. Found Hem & Stitch a couple weeks ago and your prices are as good as the last minute sites and returns are really easy, but only needed to return a few things, but now I know my size with you all.
