I couldn’t make up my mind between two pairs of jeans and Amy at the SF shop was super helpful. Old fashioned customer service.

I love being able to visit your stores and try things on and make sure everything fits. I usually browse around online, but end up buying in the store.

My girlfriend has been encouraging me to branch out of just t-shirts and jeans and your sweaters and oxfords are really comfortable and make my girlfriend super happy.

Most stores make me feel awkward to browse, your staff is friendly without being pushy. I really appreciate it. And I don’t buy much in the store, but I do use the site after.

I always have a hard time finding jeans that fit, you’re are incredible and the person who helped me was actually really nice and didn’t make me feel rushed. Found a great new pair.

Appreciate how you make the process of buying super quick. Unfortunately the sweater I bought was a bit too small. Said it would fit my chest dimensions, but I guess not. Now I need to return it.

Love being able to make returns at the store for the things I bought online. So much better than printing a return label and shipping it out. Plus I can walk out with something new on the spot.

Ordering from the app is super easy, and your search feature is fantastic, love being able to see everything by color. However, the confirmation email said it would arrive on Friday, but it didn’t come until Wednesday the following week. If you are going to offer free shipping make sure it arrives on time.

When I shop online I end up returning half of the stuff I order, so it’s always nice when I can come into the store to make sure I love the color and fit. The staff is always really friendly and totally understands you gotta try on a lot of stuff to find the perfect piece.

I had to return an online purchase, and I figured I’d just run down to your Palo Alto store. Your staff was able to make it happen, but they hadn’t processed an online return before, so it took a few minutes. It’s really convent to shop this way, so I’d suggest making the process a bit smoother, Well done though!
