Your Palo Alto store is a bit far away from me. Would love to see one in San Jose.

I’ve been to the Austin store 3 times and it has been closed every time. The only time your guys are open is when I am at work, and I worked pretty normal hours. Is this because the store is still working out the kinks? I really expected better. I gave you a 1 since the sweater I bought last year on the website is one of my favorites. But I don’t think I’ll be back to the store. Three strikes!

I buy all my basics from ya’ll. It’s super convenient since your store is just a couple blocks from my work.

I didn’t get much time in the store as you were closing early due to a water main break, but I really liked the unique layout of the store. Felt a lot more intuitive to how I shop. I can’t stand walking around trying to find something that is not in the place I thought it would be.

I appreciate that your store is balanced, not too girly. Lots of stores I’ve been into recently put all the men’s in the back so I feel weird walking through a huge women’s section. Having the store split down the middle is much nicer. Smart.

Been a long time store customer, but just started using the site after signing up for your newsletter at the store. I may be hooked. Bought 3 things this week and 2 have already arrived. No idea how you get things to my little cabin here in Snohomish so quick, but it’s wonderful.

Your store just opened up near me, and one night after dinner I had a few minutes to kill and so I wandered in. Was really lovely store and the staff was super friendly, not pushy. Long story short, I ended up buying $300+ worth of new stuff :)

I love being able to visit your stores and try things on and make sure everything fits. I usually browse around online, but end up buying in the store.

I don’t talk about fashion with my friends. I really only buy underwear and undershirts from you guys anyway, nothing that special. Sort of expensive compared to what you can get at a big box store too.

Most stores make me feel awkward to browse, your staff is friendly without being pushy. I really appreciate it. And I don’t buy much in the store, but I do use the site after.

I could spend hours in your store. Usually I take a peek at what’s new, then try on a bunch of things. Funny thing is I always end up getting more than I planned to, but that’s not your fault ;)

I was overcharged $50 last time I visited the store. I said something, but the sales person said It was correct. I had a discount to use, but they said it would apply "later"? What does that mean?

Popped in your store the other day and was really pleased with the entire experience. The staff was friendly, you had all my sizes, and I even got a nice little discount. Big fan.

Bought some shirts last week at the store and they shrunk, tried to return but the staff was really rude and insinuated that I had washed them incorrectly. I expected more from you all.

I must buy something every week. I love that I can quickly return, for free, online or stop by the store if that’s easier too. The site does a great job of showing off the details and the feel always matches what I was expecting.

The clothes are great, love the quality, but the staff at your stores are hit or miss. My local store has super friendly team, but when I visited San Francisco last month I stopped in, but no one helped me and when I checked out I felt like they were distracted.

Found Hem & Stitch online first, then I needed to return something that wasn’t quite the right fit and found out you had a store really close to my house. Fell in love with everything instantly. The person who helped me couldn’t have been sweeter and I even picked up a new shirt for my husband.

I’m SO happy you guys opened a store in Tyson’s Corner. I typically buy off of your website, but I certainly prefer to touch and feel the clothing. It can be a bit tricky to get to with rush hour traffic, but i’m willing to stomach it to get my Classic Oxford.

It’s pretty rare to find a store that actually recommends things that look nice on me instead of just trying to sell me something. I didn’t find jeans that fit me well, but I have pretty irregular requirements. Even though I didn’t buy anything the entire experience was a delight. I’ll be back next month when I need a new sweater for sure.

My husband got me a gift certificate for you guys last Christmas since he noticed me browsing around your store. So last week I went in to peruse and I ended up buying a really nice skirt. It’s really nice, but a bit annoying it is dry clean only. I am not a dry cleaners person, so while it’s lovely, I don’t end up wearing it much.
