The fitting rooms in your stores are really nice. Some stores have super tiny ones that are claustrophobic. so I appreciate that they have more room and hooks.

I appreciate that your store is balanced, not too girly. Lots of stores I’ve been into recently put all the men’s in the back so I feel weird walking through a huge women’s section. Having the store split down the middle is much nicer. Smart.

I was super pleased with the staff at your Rockville store. They are incredibly helpful. I usually have to shop at specialty stores to find my sizes, but they were able to show me a number of things that worked for tall people. The price was a bit steep for what I was wanting to spend, but I felt like it was worth it.
