Probably ordered 50 times from you guys and each time have been impressed with the quality, consistency, and speed. I didn’t think you could do it time and time again.

This is the first time I actually enjoyed shopping. I’m not big on pushy salespeople (is anyone?). I found the staff to be very helpful when needed, but stayed out of my way most of the time.

Been trying to order for a couple days, but the app crashes every time I get to the checkout process. Just about to give up.

I’ve always had a hard time finding the perfect jean. Now I have. Just got my first pair from you last week and they fit perfectly. Don’t change!

Not a big shopper, so being able to get basics straight from your app while I have time to kill is really great, plus the your stuff fits me the best.

First time buying cloths from my iPad but it was great. Love how you have videos of the models wearing the cloths. Makes it much easier to imagine how it will actually fit.

Killing time one evening I stopped in your shop, and I ended up walking out with 10 shirts and 3 new pairs of jeans. And I couldn’t be happier I did. My new favorites.

I’ve ordered a bunch of basics from you guys, but this was my first time trying you denim. Wow. Super comfy, hugs in the right places. Now I need to get 5 more pairs :)

I was overcharged $50 last time I visited the store. I said something, but the sales person said It was correct. I had a discount to use, but they said it would apply "later"? What does that mean?

I always have a hard time finding jeans that fit, you’re are incredible and the person who helped me was actually really nice and didn’t make me feel rushed. Found a great new pair.

I’ve been to the Austin store 3 times and it has been closed every time. The only time your guys are open is when I am at work, and I worked pretty normal hours. Is this because the store is still working out the kinks? I really expected better. I gave you a 1 since the sweater I bought last year on the website is one of my favorites. But I don’t think I’ll be back to the store. Three strikes!

I didn’t get much time in the store as you were closing early due to a water main break, but I really liked the unique layout of the store. Felt a lot more intuitive to how I shop. I can’t stand walking around trying to find something that is not in the place I thought it would be.

Your Oxfords are a great cut and quality, but the material is a bit heavy. I live in Hawaii and so a linen or lighter weight cotton would be amazing. Most of my friends live here, so we all wear shorts and t-shirts most of the time.

One of the best mobile check-out experiences ever. Loved that I could take a photo of my credit card, I hate entering all that info every time. Only issue I’ve had is that the returns were a bit tricky. Took a lot of effort to get the label.

Been a long time store customer, but just started using the site after signing up for your newsletter at the store. I may be hooked. Bought 3 things this week and 2 have already arrived. No idea how you get things to my little cabin here in Snohomish so quick, but it’s wonderful.
