I used to work and retail and so I know how tough it can be, your staff is just the best. Never had a bad interaction with them and they are super knowledgeable about the origin of the materials, construction, stock levels, discounts. It’s kinda crazy.
When I shop online I end up returning half of the stuff I order, so it’s always nice when I can come into the store to make sure I love the color and fit. The staff is always really friendly and totally understands you gotta try on a lot of stuff to find the perfect piece.

Customer support takes forever to respond. I’ve literally waited days for a response about an order I placed and needed to change the shipping address since I wasn’t going to be in town to receive it. Annoying.
I bought one blouse and it ripped the third time I wore it. When I went to return it the customer support person was super helpful and took it back no questions asked. Really impressed. Customer for life now.

Bought some shirts last week at the store and they shrunk, tried to return but the staff was really rude and insinuated that I had washed them incorrectly. I expected more from you all.
It’s pretty rare to find a store that actually recommends things that look nice on me instead of just trying to sell me something. I didn’t find jeans that fit me well, but I have pretty irregular requirements. Even though I didn’t buy anything the entire experience was a delight. I’ll be back next month when I need a new sweater for sure.

Love the little details like the occasional hand written note I get from someone on the team thanking me for being a customer. Most companies are faceless and focused on making a buck. Hem & Stitch is focused on much more than that.
Found Hem & Stitch online first, then I needed to return something that wasn’t quite the right fit and found out you had a store really close to my house. Fell in love with everything instantly. The person who helped me couldn’t have been sweeter and I even picked up a new shirt for my husband.
The clothes are great, love the quality, but the staff at your stores are hit or miss. My local store has super friendly team, but when I visited San Francisco last month I stopped in, but no one helped me and when I checked out I felt like they were distracted.
UPS lost the package, and when I asked for you to send me a replacement I was told that isn’t your policy. I understand UPS made the mistake, but that isn’t my problem. I paid for my order from you and I expect to get it. You could have made me supper happy by sending it out right away, instead you are making me wait until you get confirmation from UPS?
