Everything fits great, and the customer support person I spoke to about sizing was really helpful. Wish everyone was as great as Hem & Stitch.

Your sales are always a big deal. The free shipping and returns are great and customer service has always been crazy helpful and quick to respond. It’s like they never sleep.

Whenever I need help the staff has been super helpful. I think you could have more sizes in stock. Sometimes I have to order online since you don’t have the color and size I want.

This is the first time I actually enjoyed shopping. I’m not big on pushy salespeople (is anyone?). I found the staff to be very helpful when needed, but stayed out of my way most of the time.

I bought one blouse and it ripped the third time I wore it. When I went to return it the customer support person was super helpful and took it back no questions asked. Really impressed. Customer for life now.

Wandered into your shop the other day and ended up buying a bunch of your super soft t-shirts. I couldn’t find my size, but Rachael was super helpful in locating some in the exact color I wanted. I’ve told all my girlfriends to check you guys out when they are downtown.

I was super pleased with the staff at your Rockville store. They are incredibly helpful. I usually have to shop at specialty stores to find my sizes, but they were able to show me a number of things that worked for tall people. The price was a bit steep for what I was wanting to spend, but I felt like it was worth it.
