Been a customer for years, the clothes last super long, the biggest issue is me staining them :). SO when I do need to replace a pair of jeans or a sweater, I can pop in and pick one up.
The site is really fast and easy to use. Got a bunch of t-shirts last month and a new pair of jeans just the other day. They are exactly the same color as on the site, that rarely happens.
The longest lasting pair of jeans in my closet are from Hem & Stitch. Just got a new blouse and it’s wonderful. Plus I love that it didn’t break the bank.
