  • Automatically sync and tag Delighted feedback in Chatdesk.

  1. Copy your Delighted API key to your clipboard.

  2. Connect the Delighted Channel in Chatdesk by pasting the Delighted API key when you are asked.
  3. Once connected, copy the Webhook URL provided by Chatdesk to your clipboard and use it to add a new rule below.
  4. Click "Save & turn on" below.
