Step 1 of 2: Connect to G2

Go to G2

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your "my.G2" account
  2. Select Integrations > Integrations Hub on the left-hand navigation bar
  3. Search for and select the Delighted tile
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the Delighted page and toggle the slider to Active to generate your API credentials
  5. Copy + paste G2 API token, Partner Name and G2 Product Slug into the fields below
