Planhat

  • Send Delighted NPS survey records to Planhat.
  • Sync your survey results back to Planhat (NPS tab) for analysis.

Instructions

  1. Copy your Delighted API key to your clipboard.

  2. Log into Planhat.
  3. Go to Settings → Integrations → Delighted → and activate using the switch.
  4. Paste in your Delighted API key when prompted.
  5. Save the updates. [Optional: Click the button to sync historical NPS scores]
