The jeans I ordered didn’t fit very well, so I wanted to return them, but I couldn’t find out where to print the return shipping label. After contacting support they helped me, which was super pleasant.

My boyfriend was super sweet and got me a gift certificate to your store for my birthday and I got a new pair of jeans. Love the way they hug my curves and the wash is just dark enough without being too dark. Plus the quality is incredible, other jeans at your price point are so thin and fray super easy.

Your Oxfords are a great cut and quality, but the material is a bit heavy. I live in Hawaii and so a linen or lighter weight cotton would be amazing. Most of my friends live here, so we all wear shorts and t-shirts most of the time.

Bought some shirts last week at the store and they shrunk, tried to return but the staff was really rude and insinuated that I had washed them incorrectly. I expected more from you all.

What a disaster! Your vintage tees run way to big, your jeans are stiff as a board, and the Oxford sweater felt like burlap! I’m not sure what all the fuss is about. I’ll stick to Old Navy. They may not be "high fashion", but at least they are cheap! No thanks.
