Now that I know my size in your shirts, I order them in bulk from the app while watching TV. So smooth.

Been trying to order for a couple days, but the app crashes every time I get to the checkout process. Just about to give up.

My order arrived super fast. UPS was at my doorstep the next day after ordering from your app. That doesn’t happen often. Keep it up!

I hate to shop, so free shipping and free returns means I can order from my sofa and then just return what I don’t want to keep.

Didn’t expect ordering clothes from a phone would be any good, but I’m now on my 6th order and loving it. So much faster checkout than shopping on my Mac.

Saw an ad on Twitter and really liked the style. Every order has arrived super quick and love that it’s free. I hate when other sites have free shipping but it’s slow.

Whenever I need help the staff has been super helpful. I think you could have more sizes in stock. Sometimes I have to order online since you don’t have the color and size I want.

My first order arrived last week, a simple oatmeal cashmere crew sweater. I adore it. I’ve gotten more compliments on this sweet little sweater than any item I’ve ever worn before. Will be back for more soon :)

Customer support takes forever to respond. I’ve literally waited days for a response about an order I placed and needed to change the shipping address since I wasn’t going to be in town to receive it. Annoying.

Ordered on my iPhone on Thursday and my jeans arrived Friday. Incredible. Only one other company has ever shipped stuff that fast. Plus I loved the push notifications letting me know the order had shipped and was delivered.

My wife got me one of your cashmere sweaters for my birthday, now I have 6. They are super soft and fit my slimmer build great. And now I order t-shirts from my phone when I start to run low.

Never had an issue with fit before, but my last order the shirt was a bit shorter than I was expecting. I guess I need to get a size bigger, but I am usually the size I got with you all.

My order never arrived. I checked with customer support about it and they have no record of it. They said they’d investigate and report back, but never did. Disappointed since I had heard great things. Would love to be a customer, just wish this was handled more promptly.

This was my first order with you guys and it couldn’t have gone better. It’s always risky trying a new brand, but the denim I got was just the right fit and the wash looked exactly like it did in the app. Plus who can complain with free shipping and returns.

My girlfriend told me to get your app, put it on the iPad and started browsing. Liked the look of your basics. Solid stuff. Ordered some of your shirts and they fit great and are super soft. Now I can just order new shirts from you guys, no more going to the mall.

I tell everyone I know about you guys, I’ve always had great experiences with your customer care team when something wasn’t quite right or I wanted to know where my order was. I’m not a very technical guy, so it’s great to know there are real humans who can help answer a simple question.

When I shop online I end up returning half of the stuff I order, so it’s always nice when I can come into the store to make sure I love the color and fit. The staff is always really friendly and totally understands you gotta try on a lot of stuff to find the perfect piece.

UPS lost the package, and when I asked for you to send me a replacement I was told that isn’t your policy. I understand UPS made the mistake, but that isn’t my problem. I paid for my order from you and I expect to get it. You could have made me supper happy by sending it out right away, instead you are making me wait until you get confirmation from UPS?
